Some Huari products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

It is important to refer to the Terms and Conditions page before purchasing goods from Huari. It will provide you with terms and conditions relating to the use of the Huari websites and its products.

Secure Shopping

The Huari websites use industry standard 128-bit SSL security to give you complete peace of mind when shopping here. This means that all information we collect is encrypted using the SSL technology. We use Verisign for all our secure online financial transactions.

We use Paypal a Global Trading & Financial Service to process our credit card transactions. Paypal uses several mechanisms to protect the security and integrity of its customers personal information. All your transactions with Paypal are conducted in 'secure sessions' using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption. You should check that your browser is compatible with SSL encryption. This is often indicated by a 'closed lock' icon at the bottom of your screen.

Paypal transfers financial data securely into the Australian payments clearing system via dedicated telecommunications lines and proprietary banking software to ensure the integrity of our direct debit and credit payments. We process our credit card payments similarly.

Paypal employs qualified, independent auditors to review our security standards and practices on a regular basis to ensure that our software, operational practices and management controls meet the stringent standards of the Australian financial industry.

Domestic and International Postal and handling charges

To safe guard your Huari products, we send all products to you via registered post.

Registered postage and handling within Australia is a flat rate of $8.00. Postage and handling outside Australia is AU$20.00 per order via Registered Post International Parcels.

We aim to dispatch goods within 3 - 5 working days of payment. If for whatever reason, the items requested cannot be supplied, we will notify you within two days of product order received. Please allow at least 10 working days for delivery of most orders.

If you feel that your order has not arrived in the time frame you deem appropriate please contact us either via email and we will track and follow this up for you.

We accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal/courier system and any problems must be taken up with Australia Post or courier carrier. However, we will do our best to follow up on parcels on your behalf as requested.

Methods of Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Bank Deposit via Paypal. Paypal is a Global Trading & Financial Service used to process our credit cards. Paypal is used by some of the largest e-commerce sites in Australia and across the world. We have found it to be the most secure system we can use for your security.

To protect our customers, credit card details are checked and we report any transactions of suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.

Please note that all prices shown are in Australian dollars, unless otherwise stated.

Packaging

With your Huari product, you will receive a Huari signature gift box and packaging. There must be returned with the product for returns or exchanges.

Return and Exchange

We offer a 30-days return or exchange policy on all Huari products (except sales items and earrings for hygiene reasons) less the original postage and handling costs incurred (provided the product has not been worn or damaged).

To return or exchange a product simply contact us on returns@huariboutique.com.au within 30 days of purchase to let us know whether you would like an exchange or return, so that we can anticipate the product's return.

Please affix postage to your package and mail the product in its original condition and original packing list to:

Please ensure that the original packing list is enclosed so that we can track each return. We suggest you use Registered Post or insure the item to ensure it's arrival.

Please note we only accept returned products with their Huari jewellery security tag intact and unbroken, in their original Huari packaging, with the packing list and have not been worn, altered or damaged.

A refund will be made to you upon request once the product has been received. Payment will exclude the postage and handing paid for the Huari products purchased.

We are confident in our products and want you to be happy. However, Huari reserves the right to approve the relevant return or exchange.
